Why we built FlexCare
Every HMS we looked at in the Indian market had the same problem: they were built for the biggest hospitals and priced accordingly. A solo GP in Nagpur paying for IPD management, multi-branch analytics, and a ward allocation system he would never use — because that's what the package included.
At the same time, the very large hospitals had the opposite problem — they needed everything, but existing systems were either too expensive, too complex to set up, or too rigid to adapt as the hospital grew.
We built FlexCare around one simple idea: pay only for what your clinic actually uses. A modular system where you start with the foundation and add exactly the capabilities your practice needs — nothing more.
The result is a platform that works equally well for a solo GP, a 10-doctor clinic with an attached pharmacy, and a 200-bed hospital — because the platform adapts to them, not the other way around.
